These Terms govern use of the website alluscaseo.hair and booking of adult piano lessons with Klavieratelier Nord, Alser Straße 41, 1080 Vienna, Austria. Austrian law applies. Consumer rights under Austrian and EU law remain unaffected where mandatory.

1. Studio services

We provide private adult piano tuition and related coaching at our Vienna studio. Lesson formats, lengths, and fees are confirmed before the first paid session. A trial lesson is a single paid introduction hour unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Bookings and cancellations

Standing weekly slots are held once confirmed. Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance by phone or email. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged at the agreed lesson rate. We will offer a substitute time where reasonably possible if we must cancel (illness, instrument failure, force majeure).

3. Payment

Invoices are payable as stated on the invoice (typically before or at the lesson, or monthly for standing students). Bank transfer details appear on invoices. Prices are in euros and include applicable Austrian VAT where required.

4. Studio conduct

Students treat the instrument and room with care. Food and drinks (other than closed water bottles) stay outside the teaching area. Recording lessons requires prior agreement. We may end a session early if behaviour endangers the instrument or others.

5. Website

Website content is informational and may change without notice. Enquiry forms do not create a binding lesson contract until we confirm availability and fees in writing or by clear acceptance.

6. Liability

We are liable for intent and gross negligence under Austrian law. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties, limited to foreseeable typical damage, except where injury to life, body, or health is involved. We are not liable for personal items left in the studio.

7. Intellectual property

Website texts, design, and photographs remain our property or that of their licensors. Students retain rights in their own practice recordings where permitted; lesson materials we provide may not be redistributed commercially without consent.

8. Privacy

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

9. Dispute resolution

Governing law: Austria. Courts of Vienna have jurisdiction where permitted. Consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform; we are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
